🤣 Choristers, which one is your favorite in the basket? 🤣
These foods may look very sweet and tempting 😋 but... 😂🎤

🚫 Avoid before singing:

🥥 Coconut – rough and fibrous, it can leave your throat scratchy and uneasy.

🌾 Sugarcane – too stringy; small fibers can hook and disturb your voice.

🌰 Tigernut (Aya) – very dry; makes your throat feel like desert sand.

🥜 Groundnut (Peanut) – oily; the oil can thicken mucus and block smooth singing.

🌽 Roasted Corn – husks and particles easily stick and scratch the throat.

🍿 Popcorn – the tiny hulls love to hide inside your throat when you need your voice most.

🌰 Cashew – dry and heavy, leaves unwanted residue in the throat.

🍘 Kuli-Kuli – extremely dry; can cause choking and dryness.

🍟 Potato Chips – salty and crunchy, quickly dry out the throat.

🍺 Alcohol – dehydrates your system; your voice goes dry like harmattan breeze.

🧊 Ice-Cold Drinks – tighten and stiffen the vocal cords, no flexibility.

✅ Better choice before singing: room-temperature water 💧 and soft, juicy fruits like apples 🍎 or pears 🍐.

They keep the voic e light, fresh, and ready to sing beautifullyy. 🎶✨
