Dear Friends & Partners

Today we want to make you aware of something which nearly did cost us our playlists and would have made them dissapear forever.

In october 2024 a SCAMMER started to impersonate our sublabel „Juicy Fresh Music“ and asked people for money to get placed into the top spots of our playlists which he claimed to be in control of. We reported the Instagram profile various times to but they did put it back online again and again.

Sadly within the last weeks there seems to be a victim which did a payment for getting a playlist placement. After not getting his placement (ofc not cause these scammers didnt control anything from us). Ofc that person reported us to spotify for fraudulent behaviour (because he really thought it was us) and we got locked out of our spotify account.

Do us a favor and please report https://www.instagram.com/juicyfreshmusic/ to Instagram aswellas they keep impersonating us!

🚨 It came to our attention that some Scammers are randomly impersonating us or our sublabels. They are messaging artists to offer playlist placements after a direct payment.

Please note:

- We never would ask for playlisting payments nor would we accept any as this violates spotify‘s terms of use!
- We do not DM you for placing songs for payments.
- We don‘t accept submissions trough DM.
