I've been playing around with the Grimm Audio UC1 mastering audio interface during the last weeks and I am very impressed 😲🤯
This converter is at least as good sounding than it looks. I mean this wooden 19" front is a beauty in every rack but the sound 🌟💯🌟

So far one of the best converters / monitor controller I heard in my life which is easy to use as an USB audio interface. And if you are working with PMC Speakers you definitely have to check it out since it has a perfect integration for the PMC monitor controller.

⭐BiG SiX in da House⭐

Testing this baby since a few days and I am really impressed😲💯
SSL’s famous SuperAnalogue™ design introduced with the 9000K and J consoles brought to a desktop mixer. Summing with this baby gives you an extreme tight low end and a nice open top end with a lot of headroom. I was skeptical about the SSL E-Series inspired EQs and the cut-down version of the famous G-Bus compressor but they convinced me from the start and are very useful in recording and mixing. The ultra-clean mic pres provide 75 dB of gain which is really nice and more than your average audio interface.
But why am I comparing it to an audio interface 🤔 Because BiG SiX comes with an USB-port and 16 channels of AD/DA conversion 💥💥💥
This is the feature set you need in the modern desktop studio at a more than competitive price point!

to an Alternative Rock mix session around 2007 🤘🏻🎸

🔊 I brought my well trusted Klein&Hummel o110 nearfields to the studio as an addition to the PMC IB2 main system 🔊

🎛️ Although there was an Euphonix CS2000 desk, I did the mix mainly in the box with just some outboard Lexicon 480L reverb 🎛️

💥 At this time I was using a lot of the API emulations by URS plug ins and the Neve and Fairchild emulations of the UAD-1 DSP System 💥

Who else worked with some of this tools? 🧰
