She is International Dancer, Choreographer , Educator & Licensed Judge.

We are excited to announce that Anastasia Menzel will join 300 Dance Studio Sweden as an International Guest Teacher.

🖤 Contemporary • Jazz • Lyrical

Her classes will focus on floorwork, contemporary technique, movement quality, musicality, body awareness and performance skills.

Through technical exercises, improvisation tasks and choreographic material, dancers will learn how to connect technique with emotion and develop their own artistic movement language. ❤️
