Bravo to the Moritzburg Festival Orchestra, which enchanted the audience at the Kulturpalast with a fantastic performance. Under the baton of principal conductor Josep Caballé Domenech, the orchestra performed works by Smetana, Wagner, and Schumann, as well as the Dresden premiere of an oboe concerto by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The star guest of the evening was oboist Albrecht Mayer who performed the solo part. 👏👏👏

What a night—even if it wasn’t an open-air concert! Our concert „DONAU I” delighted the audience at the Moritzburg Church with pieces, some of which are rarely heard. Despite the thunderstorm warning, our artists were in high spirits. A round of applause for everyone involved! 👏👏❤️

The Moritzburg Festival Academy enchanted the audience with its chamber music concert. A huge compliment to our 41 academy students, who truly delivered outstanding performances here! 🎺🪈👏
