After buying your ticket, you will receive an email from Reservix confirming your purchase. The email says Bestellbestätigung and gives a number. This IS NOT your code – it is the order number. Your code is in the PDF attached to the email. When you open the PDF, in the left top corner you will find a vertically-positioned 14-digit code – this is your code to enter into the performance site. Where can I watch the performance? You can watch the performance on our site:

From December 3rd there will be a place to enter your 14-digit code for access. When can I watch the online performance? You can watch the online performance at any time, starting from the day for which you purchased your ticket. For example, if you bought a ticket for Friday December 3rd, you have from December 3rd through December 31st to enter into the performance site. Tickets bought for December 8th and December 11th are good from the 8th and the 11th, respectively. If you would like to join the watch party and Q&A session on December 3rd, 8th, and 11th, the watch party begins at 7:00 p.m. (CET) with the Q&A following at 9:00 p.m. However, this does not affect the validity of your ticket and you can watch the performance at any time. How many times can I enter the performance site with my code? If you bought the 48-hour-access ticket, your 48 hours begins from the moment you enter your code into the site. There is no limit on your access during the 48-hour time window. You can choose to watch the performance multiple times, each time offering a different experience. If you bought the full-access ticket, you will be able to enter into the performance site as many times as you would like up to and including December 31st. How do I join an online Q&A meeting? There will be three online Q&As: December 3rd, 8th, and 11th, 2021. All the meetings will take place at 9:00 p.m. To join a meeting, you will need to write us at [email protected] and request the Zoom link.
