This is 4 hours into my newest drawing. I’ve been traveling a lot these last months and haven’t been drawing at all. Drawing realistically is so enjoyable, but it demands a lot of concentration. Sometimes I find myself holding my breath! Oops. I’m totally getting myself back in shape with this beautiful German Shepherd portrait.

It was a joy to do this Portrait. This lovely dog recently passed away. It’s a gift to me to be able to create a memory to keep forever. He was a faithful and companion.
