Handy raus statt Flugmodus: Das 2. Late-Night-Konzert in der Kokerei Hansa bricht bewusst mit klassischen Konzertregeln. 📱
Unter dem Motto „Handys, Musen und Video Games“ trifft Orchester auf Gaming-Kultur in der Kokerei Hansa – rauer Industriecharme, besondere Atmosphäre, echtes Erlebnis statt klassischem Konzertsaal.
Im Programm: Super Mario, Zelda, Angry Birds, Skyrim und Guardians of the Galaxy – Gaming-Soundtracks neu gedacht für Orchester.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist auch Tan Duns Three Muses in Video Games, geschrieben für den Posaunisten Jörgen van Rijen, das digitale Geschwindigkeit mit traditionellen Klangwelten verbindet. ✨
Es spielen die Dortmunder Philharmoniker unter der Leitung von Koji Ishizaka.
Ab 19:30 Uhr gibt’s ein interaktives Gaming-Rahmenprogramm mit Mitmach-Stationen und Mini-Setups. Ein Abend, der nicht nur gehört, sondern erlebt werden soll – offen, spielerisch und anders.

Under the motto “Phones, Muses and Video Games”, orchestra meets gaming culture in the Kokerei Hansa – raw industrial charm, unique atmosphere, more experience than traditional concert hall.
On the program: Super Mario, Zelda, Angry Birds, Skyrim and Guardians of the Galaxy – reimagined video game soundtracks for symphony orchestra.
A special highlight is Tan Dun’s Three Muses in Video Games, written for trombonist Jörgen van Vieren, blending digital speed with traditional sound worlds.✨
Performed by the Dortmunder Philharmoniker under the direction of Koji Ishizaka.
From 7:30 pm, an interactive gaming program with hands-on stations and mini setups sets the mood. A night that isn’t just heard, but experienced – open, playful and different.
