Hi, I am Sandra Hoffmeister, a Colombian with latin music in her blood and who loves teaching Zumba, Strong and Zumba Kids in North Duesseldorf. Come join me and you'll see what I mean. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music, tango as well as other international rhythms. What is Zumba Kids? Zumba® Kids classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines.
