Released in April 1973, Catch a Fire by Bob Marley and the Wailers is a landmark album that broke reggae internationally by blending conscious, rebellious roots reggae with rock-influenced production by Chris Blackwell. The album, featuring classics like „Concrete Jungle“ and „Stir It Up,“ balanced political protest with romantic, soulful grooves, marking the start of Marley’s global superstar journey. Chris Blackwell, founder of Island Records, mixed the original Jamaican recordings with added rock-oriented overdubs (such as synth and slide guitar) to make the sound more palatable for Western ears, a crucial move for its international success.

Es gibt nur wenige Getränke vor Ort, also am besten versorgt ihr euch selbst mit dem was ihr braucht. Ein wichtiges Anliegen ist uns die Natur, also habt ein Auge auf euren Müll, leere Falschen, etc. Wir wollen noch viele Sessions mit euch erleben.
