Festival for ambient, neoclassical and performing music art in churches It takes place in the end of January at the Basilica of St. Aposteln, Cologne.

The ambientfestival „Zivilisation der Liebe“ (Civilization of Love) is a festival for ambient and contemporary music existing since 2005 and organised by the eventlabel E’DE COLOGNE. The festival is searching for the mystical element of electronic music, at the point where ambient, techno and contemporary classic meet. Aim of the festival is to transform “love” in modern music and work with the contemplative space of the Romanesque church.
