“Indian Cultural Centre" is a group of Indian students in Chemnitz who want to spread the love.

Indian Cultural Centre(ICC) was founded in 2008 by researchers and students of TU Chemnitz. Founded this welfare society to work actively for helping each student coming from India to Chemnitz to study and aiming at helping them at each step. The goal is to help students develop academically, culturally and socially. This not only helps the students have a comfortable living during studies but als

o integrate better away from home. ICC organised a number of events to initiate teamwork and socialising based on various interests of different people. Some of the events include:

USG Chemnitz Cricket Club
Glimpses of India - 2016
Diwali celebration each year
Sinjini and Inergie - dance and music groups that integrate German students into our culture
Yoga sessions once in fortnight
Namaste India - the initiative to spread the magic of Indian spices with delicious Indian delicacies. Academically, ICC helps students with approaches to writing their master thesis and making successful presentations.
