Today we start the training program 'Teach More Than Dance! Studies' with lessons in anatomy. The main focus is on the dance-related perspective and the related essential factors for healthy and sustainable training.

A topic that most dance teachers simply don't deal with enough. Thanks to people like , and from Urban Dance Health or , who recently completed his training in physiotherapy, as well as a few other dancers, we now have many specialists in this field available within the urban dance scene.

Nevertheless, we all have to develop and grow much more in these topics. Especially as a dance teacher it is a real MUST and essential not only to have basic knowledge about it, but also to delve deeper into the whole matter.

BOLZANO DANZA - From 13 to 19th July 2014 dancer and teacher Patrick Grigo was invited to teach at the Bolzano Danza Festival 2014 in Bozen (Italy). Together with teachers like Nina Kripas and Fabrizio Lolli he gave young talented kidz and teens an approach to the Hip Hop Culture and different dance styles. AMAZING PROJECT - Patrick Grigo is part of the artist and teachers pool of the Babel.Überall project in Switzerland. He is so proud to be with these amazing kidz and performing with them on stage. "Thanks to all my new childs, brothers and sisters in Neuenhof AG. I am looking forward to an amazing premiere today!"

Internationale Grössen haben mit 130 Schülern aus Neuenhof das Gesamtkunstwerk «babel.überall» entwickelt. Nun wird es in der Klosterkirche Königsfelden in die endgültige Form gebracht. Ein Probenbesuch.

REAL JAM - On the 12th April 2014 Patrick Grigo visit the BC One Cypher Austria in Vienna with his friends PeeWee, Tobi and Lena. It was an amazing day along the workshop with Roxrite, the afternoon with shopping, sitting and talking and of course the great event with the battle in the evening. "Seriously I missed the battles, because of rocking all night long in the cyphers around. That was so great and I found new spirit, freedom and a special kind of respect in the cyphers. Thanks to all the people who were around with me, who gave me props and joined the same attitude of love, peace, unity and havin fun!" ... One Love ...
