Tom's solo is about wanting to be released. From gravity, from the burdens of life, from society, and from nature. The wish to forget, abandon, and let go. There is something in the intensity of jumping and rotating that can almost feel like arriving at utopia. A space where the rules do not apply and only pure motion exists. The edge where groove and risk dance around one another.

But eventually, all is bound to return back to earth. And even if there is, in this life, a momentary release, it will only be followed by the eternal fall of being human.

An inside look into the rehearsals of Shadows Of The Mind, our new creation.

This solo for reflects the traces that remain after loss. In moments of deep rupture, the mind often protects itself by forgetting or neglecting what is too heavy to hold, allowing us to move forward. But there is a quiet beauty in this process. Through what is left in the shadows, we begin to see that who we believe ourselves to be is often very different from who we truly are.

The work will premiere in 6,7 and 8 in and if you are in Helsinki and we'd love to share it with you.

The legendary director Bob Wilson said 'There are only two lines in this world, the vertical and the horizontal'. Beautiful and accurate.

For us this means the connection between ground and the sky. A motion that's always there and always will be. Both to the unprivileged and to the emperor. In times of ecstacy and in times of grief. In peace and war, in love and hate.

The movement between the ground and the sky inspires our work...

The two things we wish for ourselves in this upcoming year are also what we wish for our audience: more ART and more MOVEMENT.

People tend to think of art as freedom, but it is probably the opposite. Art is confinement. It is the act of capturing strong feelings, ideas, experiences, and thoughts. Things that cannot come out in any other way and that we simply cannot let go of. Art is the process of recording them inside a canvas, a song, a movie, an object, and more. These insanely condensed things are then shared with the audience, who might see their own unspoken reflection.

Movement is change. It is flow, adventure, and unseen landscapes. During movement, things stop making sense and simply become. They are no longer good or bad, beginnings or endings. It is entering the big river. And you never step into the same river twice.

Art and movement are the paradox of our project WONDERGROUND. And we wish you all to keep being torn apart by these two edges.

What's dialogue?

Our bodies negotiate space, tension and intention until meaning appears. Through dialogue we shape movement as a language that serves the stage, the camera and the street.

Dialogue is a principle that guides our choreographic work and our collaborations beyond the dance.

2 Months ago we've had the opportunity to present a humble adaptation of our piece MOMENTUM in Bremen, Germany.

This evening was commissioned by and under the frame of Baila España Festival.

Fascinating to experience our work shrinking and expanding with each new context. Sometimes it's a formal theater evening and other times a sunset behind an old church of a small village.

It's inspiring how art can present itself in different places without losing its essence. This adaptability is internally challenging, but it also allows very different types of people to experience and connect with the work.

Wall & Peace touring for the 2nd summer!

This nocturnal show is inspired by Film Noir and is driven by the mythical question of 'Who Is The Other?'

Using only portable lights this show turns any outdoor wall into a cinematic and imaginary landscape.

After almost 10 performances in this past summer our next performance is coming up on the 18th of October in Reus, Catalunya.
