I am proud to participate in the DW Global Media Forum 2026 in Bonn, Germany, representing the European Association of Pakistani Journalists Global (EAPJG) as its President.

This prestigious international forum brings together journalists, media professionals, policymakers, academics, and civil society leaders from around the world to discuss the future of journalism, press freedom, democracy, artificial intelligence, and global challenges.

As President of EAPJG, I look forward to engaging with international colleagues, exchanging ideas, building meaningful partnerships, and highlighting the important role of the Pakistani diaspora in promoting responsible journalism and cross-cultural dialogue.

Iranian Supreme Leader confirmed killed

The Iranian government has declared 40 days of public mourning following news of the death of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, according to state media, with seven days of public holidays to mark the occasion.

یورپین ایسوسیشن آف پاکستانی جرنلسٹس گلوبل کے سیکریٹری انفارمیشن خالد مغل نے یونانی دارالحکومت ایتھنز میں اقوام متحدہ ہائی کمشنر برائے مہاجرین کے ماہانہ رابطہ اجلاس میں شرکت کی جس میں یونان میں مقیم مختلف ممالک کے تارکینِ وطن تعلیمی، سماجی، قانونی اور آئینی حقوق پر مختلف انسانی حقوق کی تنظیمات اور کمیونیٹیز نے تفصیلی جائزہ لیا۔
👈 اس موقع پر قانونی مشیر نے یونان میں مہاجرین کے نئے قانون پر تفصیلی آگاہی بھی دی۔

Khalid Mughal, Information Secretary of the European Association of Pakistani Journalists Global, attended the monthly coordination meeting of the UNHCR - United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Athens, the capital of Greece, in which various human rights organizations and communities reviewed in detail the educational, social, legal and constitutional rights of immigrants from different countries living in Greece.

👉 On this occasion, the legal advisor also provided detailed information about the new refugee law in Greece.
