💭 “Not strong enough”, “not thin enough”, “not flexible enough…”
➡️ When we treat our bodies like a machine that needs fixing 🔧, we miss out on the wisdom it has to offer us 💚
Our bodies don’t obey to our ambitions or desired schedules - they have their own rhythms, cycles and needs ⏳
What if we look at it again…
‘Not strong enough’ = ‘I need more time, stimulation and patience to lift that weight’
‘not thin enough’ = ‘My body is exactly where it needs to be right now to stay healthy, nourished, and resilient.’
‘not flexible enough’ = ‘My limit ends here. Let’s spend some time here before we go any further’
When we realize the wisdom in our bodies, we begin to unlock its true power 💪🏼
Not by obeying to our ambitions (‘I want that trick!!’), but by showing us exactly what we need in order to progress - in a healthy rhythm, injury free and WITH our body instead of forcing it.
