Das silent green ist Veranstaltungsort und unabhängiges Projekt in den historischen Räumlichkeiten des ehemaligen Krematorium Wedding. Gemeinsam mit einer inspirierenden Vielfalt an Mieter*innen versteht sich das silent green als transdisziplinärer Standort für Kunst und Kultur. In der Kuppelhalle im Altbau und der unterirdischen Betonhalle finden Konzerte, Ausstellungen, Filmscreenings, Lesungen,

Konferenzen und Festivals statt. Das Atelierhaus am Eingang des Geländes hält fünf Workshopräume mit Blick in Grüne bereit und im ruhigen Seitenflügel des Gebäudes findet ihr unsere Gastronomie, das MARS Küche I Bar.

silent green is a venue and independent project in the historic premises of the former crematorium in Wedding. Together with an inspiring variety of tenants, silent green sees itself as a transdisciplinary space for art and culture. Concerts, exhibitions, film screenings, book premiers, conferences and festivals take place in the Kuppelhalle in the old building and the underground Betonhalle. The Atelierhaus at the entrance to the site offers five workshop rooms with a great view, and in the quiet side wing of the building you will find our restaurant, MARS Küche I Bar.

Maria BC [14.11.]:
silent green präsentiert: Maria BC () erschafft eindringliche Songs, die Ambient Folk und schwebende Klangtexturen mit einer klassisch ausgebildeten Mezzosopranstimme zu einer einzigartigen Klangwelt verbinden. Nach Hyaline (2022) und Spike Field (2023) kehrt Maria BC 2026 mit Marathon zurück, dem dritten Studioalbum und der zweiten Veröffentlichung bei Sacred Bones. Entstanden aus einem Gefühl von Dringlichkeit, Entschlossenheit und Ausdauer, setzt sich das Album mit Themen wie Widerstand, Umweltzerstörung, persönlichen Umbrüchen und Zerfall auseinander – verwoben mit musikalischer Rohheit und Energie.

After the acclaimed Hyaline (2022) and Spike Field (2023), Maria BC returns in 2026 with Marathon, their third studio album and second release on Sacred Bones. Born from a sense of urgency, determination and endurance, the record explores themes of resistance, environmental ruin, personal disruptions and destruction, all entwined with musical grit and drive.

THE LETTING GO – Buchpräsentation [10.7.]:
silent green präsentiert einen Abend mit der australisch-deutschen Künstlerin Natascha Stellmach () anlässlich ihres Buches The Letting Go. Meet the Artist, Book Launch & Signing sowie eine Spoken-Word-Performance um 20 Uhr geben Einblick in ein langjähriges, performatives und partizipatives Projekt zwischen Bildender Kunst, Psychotherapie, somatischer Praxis und Buddhismus. Im Zentrum von The Letting Go (2012–2026) steht ein Bloodline-Tattoo: ein ohne Tinte tätowierter Begriff, durch den sich Teilnehmende mit der Frage „Was würdest Du gerne loslassen?“ auseinandersetzen. Das Buch versammelt 130 bislang unveröffentlichte Begegnungen, dokumentiert durch Selfies und Reflexionen der Teilnehmer*innen sowie Fotografien und Recherche der Künstlerin, ergänzt durch Texte von Sandra Hüller, Kelly Gellatly und Dr. Matthew McArdle.

silent green presents an evening with Australian-German artist Natascha Stellmach () on the occasion of her 352-page publication The Letting Go. Meet the Artist, Book Launch & Signing and a spoken-word performance at 8pm offer insight into a long- term performative and participatory project spanning visual art, psychotherapy, embodied research and Buddhism. At the centre of The Letting Go (2012–2026) is a word tattooed without ink (a Bloodline tattoo), through which participants engage with the question “What would you like to let go of?” The book gathers 130 previously unpublished encounters, documented through participant selfies and reflections, the artist’s photography and research, and texts by Sandra Hüller, Kelly Gellatly and Dr Matthew McArdle.

Samba Jean-Baptiste + Static Cleaner Lost Reward (Tarquin Manek) [10.7.]:
silent green präsentiert: Samba Jean-Baptiste (), Songwriter und Komponist, dessen Musik eine klassisch geprägte Cello-Ausbildung mit elektronischer Produktion verbindet. // Tarquin Manek (.manek.presense), prägende Figur der Underground-Szene von Naarm/Melbourne, bringt sein verzerrtes Dub-Pop-Projekt Static Cleaner Lost Reward erstmals mit einigen Live-Band-Shows in die EU und nach Großbritannien. Static Cleaner Lost Reward bewegt sich durch verschwommene, aquatische Klanglandschaften, zerfallende Tape-Loops und geisterhaftes Songwriting.

Static Cleaner Lost Reward moves through blurred, aquatic soundscapes, decaying tape loops, and ghostly songwriting.

Sonic Matters VI – Independent Label Market [22.8.]:
silent green präsentiert: Eine Reihe Plattenlabels aus Berlin öffnen für unseren sechsten Plattenmarkt ihren Fundus – experimentelle Klänge, Musique concrète und Ambient Sounds, Neue Musik, Noise, Electronica – Freund*innen zeitgenössischer und elektroakustischer Musik werden hier fündig. Ganz in Ruhe könnt ihr an Ständen zwischen Vinyls, Tapes, CDs und Merch stöbern, euch mit neuen Schätzen eindecken und zwischendurch mit einem Kaffee oder Drink im MARS stärken.

silent green & Music From Beyond () präsentieren Maresz (), Del Gesù () und The Midnight Audience () in der Kuppelhalle. Maresz ist eine kasachisch-polnische Sängerin aus Berlin. In ihrer Zusammenarbeit mit RIP Swirl () öffnet sich ein neues Kapitel: Slowcore, Indie-Bliss und elektronische Beats, die sich zu verschwommenen Dreamscapes mit verführerischer Schwere verdichten. // Del Gesù, das Duo aus ASIA und juaki pesudo, präsentiert eine Live-A/V-Performance zwischen klassischer Prägung, visueller Sensibilität und intimer Home-Recording-Ästhetik. Das 2022 entstandene Projekt veröffentlichte 2025 die EP PERGO auf Sega Bodegas' Label Ambient Tweets. // The Midnight Audience entwerfen Soundtracks ohne Bild: Räume aus Nachhall, Spannung und Erinnerungsresten, vertraut und fremd zugleich.

Her collaboration with RIP Swirl () opens a new chapter: slowcore, indie bliss and electronic beats condensing into hazy dreamscapes with a seductive weight. // Del Gesù, the duo of ASIA and juaki pesudo, presents a live A/V performance between classical sensibility, visual intensity and intimate home- recording aesthetics. The project, formed in 2022, released the EP PERGO on Sega Bodega’s label Ambient Tweets in 2025. // The Midnight Audience create soundtracks without image: spaces of reverberation, tension and residues of memory, familiar and unfamiliar at once.

silent green präsentiert goat (jp) (), das 2013 von Koshiro Hino gegründete Ensemble, dessen minimalistische Kompositionen traditionelle musikalische Formen hinter sich lassen. Zwischen gedämpften Klängen, Harmonien außerhalb der 12-Ton-Skala und beständiger Wiederholung entsteht eine Musik voller Widersprüche: komplex und zugleich einfach, mechanisch und sinnlich, präzise und tranceartig. // Als Support präsentiert Camila Nebbia () ihr neues Soloalbum „una ofrenda a la ausencia“, erschienen auf dem Berliner Label Kassiani Records. Die in Buenos Aires geborene und in Berlin lebende Saxophonistin, Komponistin und Improvisatorin verbindet improvisierte und komponierte Musik, kollaborative Praktiken, Super-8-Film und audiovisuelle Performances zu einer vielschichtigen künstlerischen Praxis.

Superfan [27.10.]:
silent green präsentiert Superfan (), das Songwriting-Projekt des in Brooklyn aufgewachsenen Multiinstrumentalisten und Produzenten Kali Priya Flanagan. Gemeinsam mit dem Cellisten Omeed Almassi verbindet Superfan akustische Gitarre, Cello und Stimme zu einer eigenen Klangsprache: melancholische Balladen, impressionistische Texte und ein Sound, der sich zwischen Singer-Songwriter-Intimität und experimenteller Musik bewegt.

Exhibition: Islands of Time by Niccolò Masini – Opening feat. Pole, JakoJako & Rubén Nsue, Sunroof, Nicolas Bougaïeff [6.8.]:

silent green & Miller-Zillmer Foundation präsentieren: Islands of Time, eine Ausstellung von Niccolò Masini () über Erinnerung, geografische Zugehörigkeit und Zeit, ergänzt durch einen Abend mit vier Acts. Pole () bewegt sich seit den 90ern zwischen Minimal Techno, Ambient und Dub. Echo als Erinnerung, Raum als Instrument. JakoJako () erforscht die Räume zwischen Technik und Emotion an den Modularsynthesizern, aktuell exklusiv mit dem Tänzer Rubén Nsue Mbese (). Sunroof ist das Improvisationsprojekt von Mute-Gründer Daniel Miller und Produzent Gareth Jones: Eurorack-Modularsynthesizer, nichts geplant, nichts geprobt. Nicolas Bougaïeff () begreift den Club als Denkraum: präzise, asymmetrisch, architektonisch.

silent green Open Lab: OPEN CALL
Wir freuen uns, das silent green Open Lab fortzusetzen – ein Format für Berliner Musiker*innen, die ihre ersten Schritte auf die Bühne wagen möchten, jenseits von Erwartungsdruck oder marktförmiger Präsentation.
Das Open Lab öffnet erneut Raum für das Unfertige: für Experiment und Formsuche, für Klangprojekte, die sich im Prozess befinden und neue Wege erproben. Die Sessions finden als Doppelkonzerte an sechs Terminen im Juli und August 2026 in der Kuppelhalle statt.
Bewerben können sich Solo-Acts, Ensembles und Bands aus Berlin, die einen eigenständigen künstlerischen Ausdruck erkennen lassen und Freude daran haben, Genregrenzen auszuloten: zwischen elektronischer Musik, improvisierter Praxis, Pop, Spoken Word oder Performance.

We're happy to continue silent green Open Lab – a format for Berlin-based musicians who want to take their first steps on stage, beyond the pressure of expectations or market-driven presentation.
Open Lab once again opens up space for the unfinished: for experiment and the search for form, for sound projects in progress that are exploring new paths. The sessions will take place as double concerts on six dates in July and August 2026 at the Kuppelhalle.
Solo acts, ensembles and bands from Berlin are invited to apply, projects with a distinctive artistic voice that enjoy exploring the boundaries between genres: electronic music, improvised practice, pop, spoken word or performance.

silent green präsentiert: Das Werk des US-amerikanischen Komponisten, Produzenten und DJs John Beltran () erstreckt sich über mehr als drei Jahrzehnte. Unter dem Alias Placid Angles widmet sich Beltran einer introspektiveren, oft beatlosen Klangsprache mit Fokus auf Textur, Raum und emotionale Resonanz, geprägt von Einflüssen aus New Age, Klassik und experimenteller Elektronik. // Die in Chile geborene und in Berlin lebende Diamin () ist DJ, Plattensammlerin und Umweltwissenschaftlerin mit Interesse an Biologie. Diamin versteht Musik als etwas Organisches und Gemeinschaftliches – eine Art Weltgestaltung in Echtzeit.

silent green presents: The work of American electronic music composer, producer and DJ John Beltran () has spanned over three decades. Under his Placid Angles moniker, Beltran explores a more introspective dimension of his practice, focusing on beatless or gently rhythmic compositions that emphasise texture, space and emotional resonance, drawing on new age, classical and experimental electronic traditions. // Diamin (), born in Chile and based in Berlin, is a DJ, record collector, and environmental scientist with an interest in biology. Diamin approaches music as something organic and communal: a sort of real-time worldbuilding in which each record is handled with curiosity and care.
