The course is dedicated to a broad audience without any prior knowledge, although certainly a foundation in both lettering and brushwork would be absolutely helpful 🙂 But really, with the team that has accompanied me in the preparation of the contents, we have worked specifically to maintain maximum accessibility for the whole process, also with regard to the material required to be able to start.

Fun facts:
- the course is IN GERMAN! (well, sort of… it’s *my* German). Jawohl. But subtitles are available in many other languages.
- the shooting had to go so fast (2 days for the final project!) that an intermediate layer of paint didn’t dry enough and got smudged in the way (fastness is an essential skill, but physics is not an opinion)
- the shooting took place in West Berlin Roxy-Palast (sadly also know for a bomb attack in the 1990s at the former discothèque la Belle, housed there).
- I am speaking in front of a camera for the first time and I could have used some looseness… mach mal locker 😬

Through small assignments at the end of each lessons and the opportunity to always interact in the dedicated forum, we’ll work our way together towards the final project: a unique decorative letter with a striking golden mirror finish, to be enjoyed as an exceptional interior element.

I’m back from a joyful, laid back, productive and just so cool Letterheads meet in Helsinki. I could closely admire the work of (and many more!), practicing casual lettering with .ath , learning new tricks from , make new friends in and out the sauna and hold a brush for 10 hours a day 🥳
The team that put this together is THE BEST!!! If we’ll ever host a meet in Berlin we should just hire them 🙃 Thank you for all
