Our programs promote the creation of embodied, soul-infused work within our participants' professional fields of expertise and the development of more holistic visions for their personal lives to contribute actively to the ever-unfolding story of humankin Our offers are rooted in the process and practices of Integral Embodiment, an interdisciplinary framework developed by Thomas Prattki in his ove
r 35 years of research. It fuses creative practice - such as intuitive movement, guided drawing, painting and sculpting, holistic voice process, dream work, archetypal mask work, creative writing and meditation practices - with an exploration of relevant concepts in depth psychology, the humanities such as mythology, ecopsychology and philosophy, and the neurosciences. Integral Embodiment incorporates, beyond others, key elements from Jacques Lecoq’s mythopoetic teachings, emphasizing the connections between archetypal dynamics, deep playfulness, and creative autonomy. It also draws from the Jungian perspective on personal growth and the process of individuation, as well as the expressive arts and body-based approaches of Maria Hippius and Karlfried Graf Dürckheim to the Transpersonal, the Numinous and the Sacred. Integral Embodiment forms the foundation for the development of transformative actions, projects and visions, as proposed in our additional program branche Integral Performance Making. Illuminating the deeper dynamics involved in becoming who we are, who we aspire to be, and who we are meant to become at the different stages of our lives, Integral Embodiment proposes a creative, poetic, and soulful journey into our personal and collective past and future, towards unknown horizons and more integral ways of living.
