Good music. Good people. Good times.
Last Sunday was my first-ever pop-up: a secret daytime terrace party on Brick Lane. I literally decided to do this with only 10 days’ notice and, in true Rosko fashion, we just about made it happen.
What this event taught me is how deep my connection is to the music and this community I’ve wanted to build since moving back to London.
To everyone who showed up: I could tell we were all on the same vibration. Everyone just wanted to go out, have a good time, and listen to proper music.
I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve given me real hope for the London scene. Lately, I’ve seen too much greed, ego, and gatekeeping. I want to bring back those old-school vibes - giving flowers to the DJs, nodding to the up-and-comers, and showing respect to our elders. Last Sunday was a true reflection of that.
The Vision ✨
These parties come from my heart and soul. In this moment in time, I feel like we just need to tone it down—less corporate, more soul. We need to do what we did 20 years ago: come out, listen to fu***ng good music, rave, and do it all with positivity and a smile. The world needs a lot of love right now. I’ve got a lot to give, and I’m so happy to be back in London.
I’m already buzzing for the next one. For those who came: come join me again. For those who missed out: come down and check this new vibration we’re building.
I’ll be announcing the next pop-up very soon. Stay tuned.
