First aid ⛑️ against sliding:
1. Wash your hands with the cold water and soap, let your hands dry on their own without using a towel.
2. Find the grip that suits your skin type and use it! It is not cheating.
3. Don't use any hand cream/body lotion before the class.
4. Work on your grip - with time it gets better.
5. Don't warm up to sweat.
