Już po raz czwarty będziemy gościć na Warsaw Next dwoje wyjątkowych konsultantów scenariuszowych z Berlina, Franza Rodenkirchena i Françoise von Roy, którzy opowiedzą o tym, jak udzielać feedbacku, żeby był on "konstruktywny", a potem omówią teksty uczestników we wspólnej dyskusji. We're delighted to be hosting at Warsaw Next - fourth time in a row - two exceptional script consultants from Berlin, Franz Rodenkirchen and Françoise von Roy, who will talk about what is constructive feedback and work with our participants on their scripts. It's going to be an intensive but rewarding day!
FRANZ RODENKIRCHEN is a Berlin-based independent script advisor, teacher and tutor in workshops and individual project development. Together with Françoise von Roy he founded Script Circle in 2014, a bi-monthly script development-workshop in Berlin, and –also with Françoise von Roy– runs the script consulting workshop Six Days of Practice for film professionals. He regularly works with CineLink /Sarajevo and Berlinale Talents, where he selects and mentors projects at their annual Script Station. He also teaches at dffb – Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin, at the University of Malta and several other film institutions.
Based in Berlin, FRANÇOISE VON ROY works internationally as a script advisor on diverse projects, including genre, experimental, documentary, art film and serial narratives. Apart from consulting on individual productions, she lectures on development and screenwriting and mentors students at various institutions, e.g. the Dutch Film Academy, German Film and Television Academy (dffb), Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), University of Malta and Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti. She works for the Venice Biennale Cinema College and consults regularly on projects selected by the Kuratorium Junger Deutscher Film and the German Ministry of Culture and Media (BKM).
