We made it! 10 years of Katapult!! 🎉 10 years of art and culture! 🎭

What a journey it has been! Over the past decade, we’ve collected countless stories, experiences, challenges, and achievements. In the coming days and weeks, we’ll share some of the moments and milestones that have shaped our first ten years.

We have a new class happening every Tuesday: A class focused on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and body awareness. Through dynamic and static stretching plus mobility exercises, we develop range of motion, strength, and control in a safe and progressive way. Suitable for all levels, with options offered for different needs and experience levels. The class ends with gentle stretching and relaxation.
