‚The Zurich architects Chasper Schmidlin and Lukas Voellmy have succeeded in creating a masterpiece [...] It is haptic and sensual, very atmospheric, almost spiritual. The Engadin craftsmanship and organically grown forms contribute to the art experience.‘
Grazyna Kulczyk ‚emphasizes that she is not concerned with a museum of her collection, but with a place where contemporary art is shown, discussed and explored in various ways [...] with lectures, conferences and research projects [...] There will be artist residencies and a performance program, too.'

Born in 1926 in Poland, Szapocznikow’s career was cut short by her premature death at the age 47, but her work has been reappraised internationally in the last decade.
