Tereza is a German DJ, radio host and curator currently based in Berlin. She lives for the groovy, mostly up-lifting notions of underground dance music and, with her background as a hiphop dj, has a refreshing way of telling exciting and coherent stories through her dj sets. She loves good music of various genres and getting people’s bodies moving - both Bandcamp nerds as well as ravers. She is a skilled and versatile DJ who can read a room and knows how to win a crowd over: she played at Boiler Room, Gala Festival (London), Melt Festival (Berlin), had her debut at Flow Festival (Helsinki) last year and will be at Lost Village (UK) this year. You can find her on sophisticated electronic club and festival line-ups, your favourite jazz festival aftershow party, or at reputable radio stations such as The Lot (NYC), HÖR (Berlin), NTS (London), Kiosk Radio (Brussels) and Radio Raheem (Milan). Until the closure of London based Worldwide FM Tereza had been a staple on the program, presented every other week her latest music finds and experimented with radio formats featuring up-and-coming as well as established artists. Gilles Peterson describes her as a “brilliant DJ to watch and a great curator”. Thanks to the Detroit-Berlin-Connection and their artist exchange program Tereza also spent two months in Detroit in 2022 where she got in touch with the flourishing local scene and had the chance to delve even more into the world of soulful electronic music.

TRU:L & Bogdan D. are a Romanian Duo, living in Berlin, and responsible for the Smoothin Groovin dances, where they focus on bridging different, lesser-known musical directions worldwide. While they draw heavy inspiration from Jamaican and British sound system culture, they also incorporate Detroit & Chicago’s Techno and House tradition, as a foundation. The influences are multiple and it’s important to make space for each of them, creating a dancing environment where people from different parts of the globe would feel represented.

As part of the Tutti Frutti Tanzgesellschaft, they create lovely parties. From time to time, they celebrate shared hours behind the decks. With their sets, they blend the familiar rhythms and melodies of classic house with the deep, pulsating beats of cross-genre electronic music.
Their sets are characterized by a harmonious balance between driving basslines and rhythmic elements that move both the body and the mind.
