Our old factory building is shared with a garage, print works, book binders, set builders, event space, a thai kickboxing school, record labels and music studios. On our doorstep we have an independent print shop, the king of falafel, the department store Karstad, Hasenhide park, two gyms and all the amenities of Hermanplatz, Kottbusser Damm, Graefe kiez and Reuter kiez. We're blessed with so many great cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance like little otik, bullys bakery, bretzel company, pizza e pezzi, hamy foodstore, figl, chez dang, manuela, mitra and fraulein frost.. Plus its just an easy bike ride to Paul-Linke Ufer, Gorlitzer Park, Tempelhof, Sudstern and Bergmanstr. We welcome anyone, so long as you don't mind a little music.

We are located 2 minutes walk from u-bahn Hermannplatz (U8/U7) with connections across the whole city and bus stops M29/M41 on our doorstep. To get here from Schonefeld airport you take the bus 171 and get out at Hermannplatz, then walk 2 minutes down Urbanstr.
