RADYKALNE RODZICIELSTWO

Wystawa podejmuje problem rodzicielstwa traktowanego jako proces mieszczący się w ekonomiach troski i hojności społecznej.

Żyjemy w przełomowych czasach. W szybko zmieniającej się rzeczywistości, za którą nie nadążają rozwiązania systemowe; w poszukiwaniu narracji „organizujących” czy „hakujących” przyszłość; w okresie toczącej się obok wojny, kryzysu klimatycznego, epidemicznego, geopolitycznego, humanitarnego i migracyjnego. Wobec częstej niewydolności i opresyjności instytucji to właśnie od zaangażowania, otwartości i kreatywności rodziców zależy teraźniejszy i przyszły dobrostan Dzieci. Codzienne, systematyczne rodzicielskie praktyki (indywidualne i wspólnotowe) – często eksperymentalne, pionierskie, zawsze empatyczne – mają szansę wypracować nowe wzory, rozwiązania, reprezentacje asystujące Dziecku w jego rozwoju, nie tylko emocjonalno-intelektualnym, społecznym, fizycznym, ale i etycznym. Centrum tych praktyk stanowi Dziecko traktowane w sposób podmiotowy: jako aktywnie myślący(a), czujący(a), działający(a) współobywatel(ka) świata. Jednak równie istotna jest w nich także dbałość o własny (rodziców) dobrostan.

Pokazywane prace analizują fenomen rodzicielstwa z perspektywy indywidualnej i społecznej, czasem mieszając te porządki i ukazując ich wzajemne przenikanie. Kulturowe wyobrażenia czy wzorce są przecież przepracowywane, czy przekraczane przez nasze doświadczenia, uczucia, codzienność.

Rodzicielstwo będzie tu traktowane zarówno jako emocje i style myślenia, jak też praktyki codzienności zorientowane nie tylko na „tu i teraz”, ale i na bliższą czy dalszą przyszłość.
