Design isn't really just about how good it looks, it's how it works. Why would apple "reinvent" ways of doing things that we've already been doing everyday? Because they have a better, easier, more user friendly way of doing that exact same thing.

"Don't ever stop being rebels. You need to challenge us, if you don't challenge us, we don't need you anymore."

Many agencies are having trouble hiring talents, and this is exactly why. Big agencies are not willing to try bold and innovative things (most of the time it's the client's fault though) as there's always a few senior creatives that are stuck in their traditional advertising mindset. It's always more favourable to join a company that have leaders that share the same strive and vision.

Props to IKEA for putting so much effort and resources into making our future lifestyle more efficient (and affordable).
