What was previously an empty space is now getting slowly filled. The enblanco personality is becoming more precise than ever, we are focusing our on show publications like magazines, art books, artist catalogues and screen printings. Some of these publications relate to past exhibitions and events at the enblanco Projektraum. We are always open to new suggestions and collaborations with the enblanco Kunstshop.
Long ago the Kunstshop is closed. Now that I moved to Gijón, after so many years in Berlin, I want to present my new project, which will include a small sister of Kunsthsop. I´ll wait for your projects, your support and opinions. Thank you very much.

enblanco Kunstshop on 25th August, presents My life is inside my luggage, the publication and the exhibition of the project Luggage swap by Chiara Cardinali.
Luggage swap represents the intensity and the insecurity of human relationships in the life of a cultural – artistic nomad.
In the first step of the project (January – March 2011), during her sailing through the Atlantic and the Pacific Ocean, Chiara Cardinali decided to share the situations and the feelings related to the relationships of a nomadic life with people with a special sensitivity to the arts, coming from the different places that she visited. She asked them to prepare something that could represent them and that they would have liked to swap with somebody that they met in the past and of whom, for some reason, they lost trace. In every port she visited, she found an artist waiting, with a suitcase for her. Every present she received was mixed with the others and packed in suitcases that she swapped with the following encounters of her trip. The swaps represented a way to exchange ideas, personalities and emotions and were able to connect people who have never met each other before.
enblanco Kunstshop, supported the second step of the project: My life is inside my luggage, a participatory publication and an interactive exhibition. Both actions have the same aim: to to invite people to take part in it, by participating with their personal stories about the special and/or potential encounters that they had in their trips and in their life.

Tactile Noise - A workshop on low-tech touch-reactive synthesizers by
André Castro
June 1st and 2nd, 5:30 - 9:30 pm
Price: 30 €
In this workshop you will build a small noise machine able to produce a variety unexpected tones and textures, depending on the position, humidity and pressure of the fingers touching the instrument's contact-points.
Apart from taking home an instrument that is guaranteed to put an end to the peace of canine, feline and human cohabitants, you will become familiar with basic knowledge of electronics and circuit building.
The workshop will conclude with a concert for tactile noise-machines.
Participants are asked to bring non-metallic objects, such as boxes, buckets, tupperwares, etc, to house their noise machines.
All ages and levels of experience welcomed. Registration is posible until May 27th!
