A warm welcome to the newest addition to the waters of Berlin - a floating sauna.
Danish GoBoat is launching their Sauna by GoBoat concept close to Funkhaus. Enjoy the warm temperatures in the aesthetic scandinavian designed sauna, take a swim in the private dipping zone or cool down by using the water bucket.
The sauna has the capacity of 8 people and can be booked private for a group or by purchasing individual tickets.

William Basinski is an important producer of ambient music. The classically trained musician has been working with experimental media for over 30 years.
The basis for his most recently released album "Lamentations" (2020) is provided by old tape loops. Relics from the 70s and 80s, which Basinski himself recorded in Brooklyn and puts into a present context.
Pitchfork on the album Lamentations: "Mise en abyme…. a story within a story, an image within an image, a reflection caught between mirrors."

Urbiks Music Mastering Studio is now located in the original reference room of Funkhaus Berlin.
The room is originally named as ‘Star1' Stereo Abhörraum1 and used to quality check sound before going on air.
Enyang & Jan have successfully restored and optimised the shape and the acoustics of the room for nowadays audio mastering.

Berlin-based composer Liam Mour, a long term Funkhaus Berlin resident is playing his first ever Solo Show in Saal 1 to celebrate the release of his forthcoming third EP „Above“.
Fresh off the release of his first Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, the fast-rising artist will present his extensive live show.
Out on Feb 25th 2022 via Ode To Youth, „Above“ will be the third EP to his name.
With previous stellar coverage from mixmag, Clash, Earmilk, Faze, The Ransom Note, Kaltblut, Magnetic Mag, as well as support on the airwaves from BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6music, Liam Mour continues to prove himself as one to watch for 2022.

Unfortunately, The New Age is not yet.
As much as we would have loved to end this turbulent year with you and two proper raves. All upcoming HYTE events, the second year in a row, will once again not take place. In Germany the numbers of infections raise daily, the development of the hospitalization rate scares, the pain behind every single number is enormous. We haven’t felt comfortable in the past weeks. Promoting an event like HYTE, where you - many beautiful people and dancers from all around should come together. Celebrating life in countless hours raving in a sweaty warehouse in Berlin and the mighty rooms of Bootshaus while many others fighting with serious health issues and beyond simply did not feel right to us. We could not fulfil our promoters given responsibility to ensure and guarantee a safe place to gather with you. Under these circumstances, we were expecting and appreciating the German government's decision to no longer allow indoor events although with exceptional great sadness. In the past weeks, we needed to keep the system positively running, motivating everyone behind the scenes involved. We have looked so much forward to this common experience with you and we have put so much love and dedication into the realization of it. Obviously now is not the right time for that. All information about how to refund your ticket and what it means for you to keep it will be shared with you soon via your ticketing mail. Stay healthy, stay tuned and stay patient! See you soon!
