Over a period of eight weeks we will be inviting a streetfood vendor to our Kreuzberg location where they will be given the chance to run their own restaurant and create a special Friday dinner and Saturday/Sunday brunch menu. This means we can offer you a weekly rotating menu, a combination of seasonal and classic dishes paired with a curated cocktail menu by Geist im Glas. Our mission is to provide a platform showcasing, who we believe are, the most talented folks in the Berlin food scene and match them with a team of passionate food consultants, bar owners, baristas, record labels, DJs and artists. The result: a modern, relaxed and unpretentious dining experience. Think streetfood only a little fancier! We don't like to call ourselves a popup more like a dinner party with our favourite food and drinks and everyone is invited. Dinner is on Fridays from 17.00 till late | Brunch is on Saturdays & Sundays from 11.00 til 18.00. ---- WIR SIND MiAM, ein Netzwerk aus verschiedensten Streetfood-Köchen und kulinarischen Professionals. Viele von uns sind bereits etablierte Player in der Berliner Foodie Szene, andere fangen gerade erst an, sich durch Ihr herausragendes Angebot an fantastischen Speisen einen Namen zu machen. Uns alle bei MiAM vereint eine geteilte Philosophie : „Das Leben ist zu kurz für schlechtes Essen!“ Unser Anliegen ist es vielen verschiedenen Streetfood-Künstlern einen Raum und die Möglichkeit zu geben, ihre Talente ungezwungen in einem “eigenen” Restaurant zu entfalten, Menüs, Konzepte und sich selbst professionell zu entwickeln und Neues auszuprobieren. Somit wird es bei MiAM innerhalb der nächsten 8 Wochen ein breites Spektrum an unterschiedlichsten Köstlichkeiten in unseren entspannten Räumlichkeiten in Kreuzberg zu genießen geben! Als Highlight werden unsere Streetfood-Gastgeber immer Freitags ein besonderes Menü anbieten und - als wäre das nicht schon „awesome“ genug - jeden Samstag und Sonntag ein einzigartiges Brunch-Menü in ihrem ganz eigenen Stil! In Konsequenz wechselt also wöchentlich mit dem Anbieter auch die Karte. Euch erwartet bei MiAM eine in Berlin einmalige Kombination aus sowohl saisonalen als auch klassischen Gerichten. Dabei wird dieses Angebot während der ganzen Zeit durch das fabelhafte Cocktailangebot von Geist im Glas abgerundet. Unsere Mission ist es, den Künstlern, die wir für die allerbesten und vielversprechendsten in der Berliner Streetfood-Szene halten, eine für sie bislang nie da gewesene Plattform zu geben, um sich selbst auszuleben und eine komplett neue Erfahrung zu sammeln. Zudem werden sie durch uns mit der gesamten Szene vernetzt: Mit Essensliebhabern (die wissen was gut ist und was nicht), mit Bar Besitzern, mit Baristas, mit Label- und Agentur-Betreibern, Consultants und Professionals, mit Djs und mit Künstlern jeder Art. Wenn man nur genug Wille hat, all diese guten Seelen zu verbinden... Aus den vielen kleinen Ständen eins zu machen... Denn das sind wir! Eins! Auf bald ! WE ARE MiAM!

Vétomat

Serigraffeur brought color and life to our space last summer, decorating our walls with his different pieces from artists around the globe. A thousand thank you's!

And now he needs your help! Together with Vétomat they have started a crowdfunding campaign to continue all the great work that they already do. Screen printing workshops, theater, comedy, kino, exhibition, and the list goes on. Donate what you can and please spread the word! It's these unique communities that makes our city so special!

After a long winter hibernation we are back! Our community was a bunch of busy bees over the last months, planning new pop-ups and event concepts. We couldn't be more happy to see the city overflowing with all these great new food ventures!

MiAM is coming back for an encore!

Together with SilverSpoon EU, we are happy to announce that we found a new place for our New York Connection Carnal BBQ event! All thanks to the help of our new best friends at BRLO Brwhouse!

Come out for our summer highlight grill out at their beautiful Gleisdreieck location on Saturday and Sunday starting at 12.00 with open end beer, cocktails and music. We feel we deserve a little party. Talking about party: If you can't wait to experience Carnal find them over at Bite Club's Birthday Party where we booked our Brooklyn foodie buddies for a special appearance. Sharing is caring in the street food community and we couldn't think of a better birthday gift!

Just like our foodie friends with their trucks it seems that MiAM as well needs to stay mobile. Apparently our little project managed to capture the attention and imagination of an investor with much deeper pockets than ours, who - as we sadly learned today - will be taking over the MiAM location as soon as this week. Stay tuned to our FB page to find out where the next planned events are moving to.

If you already had a good time with us and liked what we tried to put together you can - just like us - keep your fingers crossed and your eyes peeled for another temporary home for MiAM.
We are exploring a couple ideas at the moment so no need to cry just yet ;)

☀☀☀SATURDAY SUMMER SPECIAL☀☀☀

Grab your swimsuit and towel and don't forget your sunscreen, tomorrow is going to be a scorcher! CraftZentrum Berlin is putting on THE event as part of the Berlin Beer Week. Located out in Spandau with a beautiful sandy beach and design showroom, they'll be hosting craft beer tastings and meet the brewer specials Saturday and Sunday.

To help kick off the event they're offering free shuttle service to the showroom and beach. Shuttle pick up is at MiAM and scheduled to depart every two hours - at 12.00, 14.00, 16.00 and 18.00 - only 8 spots available per ride. First come, first served!

Reserve your seat at the bar and grab some snacks while you wait.

We're excited to announce that our rooftop will no longer be overgrown with weeds, brush and scrappings from Görli, we're starting our very own urban garden. This would not be possible without our good friends at Edible Alchemy CoLaboratory and Prinzessinnengarten! The first batch of plants arrived this week but there's a lot of cleaning up to do before we can start planting.
