The Hat Bar Berlin is an old-school jazz bar in the heart of West Berlin. We carry on the traditions and focused not on jazz lovers only. The point is, that The Hat is not a jazz-club, it’s a bar in the first place! Today classic jazz is rarely found, and so we place our stake exactly on it. Every night the audience have the possibility to enjoy high quality live jazz absolutely for free. Moreover

, they are not in a concert hall or a night club, which both put listener in a certain frames, but in a bar while enjoying favourite drink. Dim lights, speakeasy inspired interior design and classic cocktail menu. We offer you a great selection of Whisky, Rum, Gin and other liquors. Our speciality are self-prepared, bottle-aged cocktails, when the ingredients have been married together in a glass bowl for a smoother experience. Jazz jam sessions every night of the week, with a trio of always rotating, best jazz musicians from Berlin and around the world.
