Cat and art lovers, if you still have your 2024 or even your 2023 Cosmopolitan cats fine art calendar, here’s a quick reminder about zero waste and upcycling.

Before you think about recycling Cosmopolitan Cats, look how beautifully it upcycles. I designed the calendar in a way that you can easily trim down the white border, cut off the calendar month at the bottom of the page and have a set of the 12 prints, which:

My travels took me to Bali earlier in the year, where I visited the beautiful cat shelter, Villa Kitty in the region of Ubud. There I painted Laurie, (July) and their wonderful disabled cats area, (April). They do such amazing and inspiring work at Villa Kitty. This year a part of the sales of Cosmopolitan Cats 2025 will be donated to them, so each calendar purchase helps them a little. You can see their wonderful work on their website:

Cat lovers support independent artists. Cosmopolitan Cats 2025, fine art wall calendar is a limited edition print run, made in Berlin. All the portraits are based on real cats in real places from my life and travels, including the many rescue cats the I have helped to look after in various places as a volunteer in animal welfare.

Each month offers a beautiful feline portrait of a cat who touched my life and whom I painted with love.
