✨ MOVEMENT WARM‑UP: SONJA VOM HOFF (19-19:50)
This movement warm‑up opens the body for ecstatic dance — a somatic journey from grounded stillness to liberated movement through feminine pathways (spirals, circles, body‑waves) that help dissolve habits, expand movement vocabulary and return to pleasure‑led motion; grounding, playful and body‑focused, Sonja gently guides you to deepen presence and arrive embodied and ready.
Sonja vom Hoff is a somatic ceremonialist and embodiment guide for feminine awakening, leading somatic journeys across Europe and Bali since 2021.
