Wir haben einen Raum zu vermieten:
Der ca. 10 qm große Büroraum kostet 235 € pro Monat (bei Einzelbelegung) und bietet Platz für 1−2 Arbeitsplätze. Preise inkl. Nebenkosten, Internetflat VDSL 25, Telefon mit eigener Nummer und Festnetzflat, Reinigung, Mineralwasser, Espresso und Versicherung.
Wir sind Designer, Lektoren, Illustratoren und Redakteure. Das Büro ist insgesamt ca. 105 qm groß und liegt sehr ruhig in der Arndtstrasse – zwischen der Bergmannstrasse und dem Tempelhofer Feld. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Besprechungsraum mit großem Schaufenster, in dem auch gelegentlich kleine Ausstellungen stattfinden. Dazu gibt’s noch eine Teeküche und einen grünen Innenhof.
Zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, die Marheineke Markthalle, Grünflächen, … befinden sich um’s Eck und eine gute Bus + U-Bahn-Anbindung ist auch gegeben.

The private office room (aprox. 10sqm) costs 235 EUR/month, including running costs, internet flat VDSL 25, telefon with your own number, mineral water, coffee, cleaning and insurance. You would have access 24/7.
We are a designers, lectors, illustrators and editors. The whole studio is about 105 sqm and includes a beautiful conference room with huge windows to the street and to the studio, a kitchenette, and a green patio.
It’s located in the Arndtstraße, Bergmannkiez, close to Tempelhofer Airfield. Numerous cafes, restaurants, the Marheineke market hall, green areas, etc. are located around the corner. A good bus + subway connection is also given.
