On view at Basel Social Club: The Future of Growth by Jonas Lund

Constructed as a collection of short, loosely connected stories, the work explores growth not as progress, but as a structural demand, one that compels systems to expand, optimise, and scale regardless of consequence.

Part of Lund’s ongoing series of AI-generated video works, the piece examines human relationships with artificial intelligence through speculative and often satirical narratives, while capturing a specific technological moment in time.

We are proud to present JPEG, Sightings, and Orbits — three bodies of work that bring together prints, moving image, and a live generative system, exploring images without a source, code and codec, and the conditions through which digital images appear.

Opening today at Art Basel | Zero 10 in Basel.

We are incredibly proud to open our joint presentation, featuring new works by Jan Robert Leegte.

For Zero 10, Leegte brings together JPEG, Sightings, and Orbits - three series that unfold around images without a source: works of code and codec only, where compression becomes image, photographic appearance emerges without a lens, and a world is generated live, frame by frame.

Presented within Art Basel’s curated space for art of the digital era, the presentation marks a special moment for us: bringing Jan Robert Leegte’s long-standing investigation into the systems, structures, and material conditions of the internet to Basel with a focused solo presentation.

We look forward to welcoming you at Art Basel | Zero 10.

Meet the Artist: Jonas Lund

In The Future of Growth, Jonas Lund examines growth not as progress, but as a structural demand. Through a series of speculative and loosely connected narratives, the work reflects on systems that are compelled to expand, optimise, and scale regardless of consequence.

Part of an ongoing series of AI-generated video works, The Future of Growth explores the shifting relationship between humans and artificial intelligence while capturing a specific technological moment in time.

Meet the Artist: Yehwan Song 송예환

Born in Korea and based in New York, Yehwan Song examines the internet not as a neutral space, but as an environment shaped by political, economic, and technological forces.

Through websites, installations, sculptures, and performances, she investigates how digital systems structure our behaviour, transform users into sources of data, and conceal mechanisms of control behind seamless interfaces.

We are pleased to present her work at Basel Social Club 2026.

Jan Robert Leegte’s Orbits is a fully on-chain project on Ethereum mainnet: a seeded space of 1000 orbits to explore, generated by a WebGL engine as JPEG sequences at 12 frames per second.
