"Moarg Kiel" features new and reimagined earlier works that span the last eight years of her career. More here: https://www.ica.art/exhibitions/morag-keil-moarg-kiel
Keil’s practice straddles installation, film, painting and drawing. Her work often incorporates a stripped back aesthetic, comprising both domestic objects and found materials as well as technological advancements that play a role in everyday life.

"The bricolages derive from this vision and from my chopped-up reading of Sanguineti's poems. I insert his stories grafted onto mine, I have to chop up either the figure or the animal like a private tragedy, which I then hope to make less tragic by the colours and by the way of painting it.” —Carol Rama
Carol Rama (1918 - 2015) was often conceived as an isolated eccentric living and working in Turin. Over more than seven decades, she developed a radical body of works that use figuration and abstraction to oppose the political ideology of her time and speak to ideas of desire, sacrifice, repression, and liberation.

Veit Laurent Kurz’s recent exhibitions expand upon an imagined, artificial biosphere the artist has crafted over the past years. While alluding to formerly inhabited worlds, Kurz’s post-technological landscapes are recast as ecosystems in an ancient future. Made primarily from painted Styrofoam and modelling materials, they resemble production units for the manufacture of the herbal juice Herba – 4, a recurring fictional product.

Currently on view at BLAFFER Art Museum: Richard Rezac "Address", which brings together 20 mostly recent works made of materials such as cherry wood, cast bronze, and aluminum. Inviting multiple readings, these simultaneously strange and familiar objects demonstrate the artist’s ongoing engagement with mathematical ordering systems and the elusive mechanisms of memory and interpretation. Currently on view at Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art: Wu Tsang - “Miss Communication and Mr: Re, 2014".
This two-channel video was initiated as a long-distance communication experiment with Fred Moten and Wu Tsang leaving each other voicemail messages every day over a two-week period, never actually making contact, but often riffing off of the other’s previous message. The recording of these messages plays over separate speakers, with the two channels laid over each other, making only segments of either party’s monologue distinguishable. Moten’s delivery often runs straight from stutter to poetry. His thoughts seem to crystallise instantly and almost autonomously into concepts. Tsang’s messages, in contrast, are confessional, wandering, and conversational.
