Vinyasa Yoga is beautiful practice making our bodies more flexible and relaxed.

The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.

It's perfect for dancers feet and hips, preparing the body to dance all night and softening the spirit 🧘🥰

About teacher:
Nati is an experienced Yoga teacher trained Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga and founder of Anyyogi, a platform to set up yoga classes outside the studios.
She is also a lover of Kizomba and Zouk and she tells she is totally looking forward to joining the festival to share it with you.

Dear Dancers, we have some important last minute news for you. In order to procure for all of us, a unique experience that will be remembered forever, it is important that you read through the following information:

⚜Picnic: Tables, benches, music and culinary snacks are provided. However, we are happy about everyone who also brings a little something to share. If you prefer to enjoy the sun on a blanket, you have to bring your own.

⚜Yoga: Our icing on the cake, the Yoga Workshop, is accessible to everyone. Previous experience is not necessary. If you own a yoga mat, please bring it with you. Otherwise, a towel to cover the mat would be desirable.

⚜Beverages: During the workshops and picnics, your own drinks are of course allowed and best seen in plastic bottles. In the evening during the party, own drinks are unfortunately not allowed.

⚜Location: !! Location change !! On the first tickets is still the old location address. Please be sure to use the current location address. This is:

This exhilarating, energetic dance has its roots in the magic rituals of movements and chants of Congo slaves in Cuba, who transformed and adapted their cultural traditions into this new composition of fast, powerful movements and entrancing chants of the traditional Yuka, Makuta and Palo essences. Those originated in the powerful energy and secret wisdom of ancient practitioners named „Paleros“, great experts in the ✨🍃spiritual kingdom of flora, fauna and ancestors✨. The songs and rhythms of the Afro-Cuban mix of instruments such as hand rattles and Conga and Yuka drums often come in a hybrid combination of Spanish and traditional African dialects with a strong influence on Cuban Salsa.

Let’s dive into the dreams and visions of those ancient leaders and unite in dance to the powerful music and rhythms of instinctive communication and reunion with the universe ✨🌍💫

A talented dancer, passionate teacher, creative choreographer, founder of "STEP ONE" brand Yami - STEP ONE will be at AFRO CUBAN BEAT FESTIVAL with his amaizing partner dancer, teacher and choreographer Marta Mignone Full.
Jérémy Yami Cham teaches Kizomba, Semba, Afro House & Kuduro and also Bachata (modern and Dominican).
As choreographer he has worked and danced with stars of Afro-latin dance World like Don Omar, Daddy Yankee, Jennifer Dias and "the King" of Bachata Romeo Santos.
He had perfomances on the most beautiful scenes of Paris like Dock Pullman and Zenith.
About his shows Yami says: "I like to tell stories in my shows and match messages and emotions, create steps and share this as sources of inspiration around the world and social networks".
