ANNOUNCING: We're delighted to welcome Iranian violin / viola & cello pair "Duos Duet" with their looping techniques to our stage this June!

Duos Duet is a violin cello duet, composed of Niki Yaghmaee on violin, viola, and Golsana Shenasaei on cello. The duo began their musical journey in 2017 by busking in Tehran and performing their original compositions at various concerts throughout Iran, Turkey, and Europe.

Duos Duet uses looping techniques to create a unique soundscape and incorporates Iranian-rooted motives into their music, taking the audience on a mesmerizing journey with their violin and cello.

Their music style is fusion experimental, but they don't limit themselves to a specific genre, and they love to explore different kinds of music by covering them and collaborating with other artists. This adaptability ensures that they consistently evolve, offering their audience a captivating and ever-enriching musical experience.

Over the years, the duo has collaborated with a variety of international musicians, dancers, and video makers, further expanding their artistic horizons.

They are always ready to record, compose, and arrange string sections, showcasing their versatility and dedication to their craft.

Will there be a support band?

Yes! Support on the night will come from the supremely talented Ruth Mac. Check out her work below.

Were tickets not donation-based?

It was, yes. But due to Eventbrite restrictions with donation-based ticketing, people weren't able to buy more than one ticket at a time. So we set the price to €8 and now you can buy as many tickets as you like in one go.

Is the concert standing or seated?

There are some seats, but it will be mainly be standing
