High Five Exhibition Series is an opportunity for artists with roots in Central, Southeastern
and Eastern Europe and the Caucasus who are currently based in Berlin to exhibit their work free of charge at Hotel Continental – Art Space in Exile.

The series is dedicated to creating visibility for artistic voices and cultural perspectives that remain underrepresented in the German contemporary art scene.
Location: Berlin, artspaceinexile
Deadline: September 27, 2026

➤ What we offer
Selected artists/collectives will have the opportunity to exhibit their work in our gallery free of charge, with promotion, scheduling, and coordination support provided by the team of artspaceinexile.
The exhibition format runs for 5 days and includes an opening (vernissage) on Thursday evening, public viewing from Friday to Monday, and de-installation on Tuesday.

➤ Who can apply?
Emerging and established artists working in painting, sculpture, installation, photography, video, performance, mixed media and other contemporary visual art practices. Artists and collectives should be based in Berlin with roots in Central, Southeastern and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus.
Exhibition dates: October to December

What does the future look like when humans and AI learn to live side by side? Can technology become emotional? How will our homes, cities, and relationships change?

After the screening, join us for a conversation about the future, creativity, and the ideas behind the project.

🟡 Exhibition: Technosapiens

All life on Earth shares a common ancestor: LUCA, the first single-celled organism. There was a time when oxygen was toxic to life. Yet evolution did not destroy life—it transformed it.

Today, humanity has become a new environment for evolution itself. We expand our memory through technology, extend our bodies with machines, and reshape our own biology. Perhaps Homo sapiens is already evolving into Technosapiens.

At the same time, we are reshaping the planet in our own image, leaving behind plastic, lithium, and other traces of a new geological reality. For many species, these changes are catastrophic. For us, they are becoming the new normal.

If life once learned to breathe what had once been poison, could it one day learn to live with plastic? Are technology and artificial materials the next stage of evolution—or the point at which evolution begins to turn against itself?

This exhibition offers no answers. Instead, it invites us to reflect on where evolution ends and deliberate transformation begins.

Sestry Feldman is an artist duo formed by twin sisters Mishel and Nicol Feldman, two of Kyiv’s most recognised street artists and muralists. Their work has been exhibited in Kyiv, Berlin, Paris, Prague, Tel Aviv, and New York.

🟡 LIVE ACT / Hennadii Boichenko Quartet

As a band, Hennadii Boichenko Quartet at the beginning of our journey, which started in early 2026. Most of the band members are from Ukraine, where they’re already established as solo artists, and have come together in Berlin. Currently, band mainly play music from Hennadii Boichenko repertoire as well as selected original compositions. Musically, styles vary from modern jazz to dark jazz, fusion, and funk. Over the course of 2026, we’ve already played a few select shows.
