Ukrainian artist Ganna Kryvolap presented her paintings at the Museum of the Ukrainian Diaspora (Kyiv) at the “Horizons. Spectrum” exhibition.

Kyiv, Istanbul, New York, Frankfurt, Rome, Sarajevo, Dubrovnik – each work is dedicated to a city. It is challenging to isolate the main thing in this beautiful chaos, to convey the structure, and to build a single color. Hanna Kryvolap is excellent at it.💯

The online art platform G.ART Gallery in collaboration with the Ukrainian CUTOUT COLLAGE ART PROJECT presents here a great group exhibition of Ukrainian collage titled FACETS.

Today, Ukraine is going through perhaps the most difficult period in its history. The question is about the existence of the country, the preservation of national identity, but most importantly - about human lives. However, paradoxically, Ukraine is experiencing a real cultural explosion during the war: new books are being published, art exhibitions and festivals are being held, theaters and concert halls are full. Isn't this combination of daily tragedies and cultural events a real mental collage? Perhaps only collage as a means of thinking and an artistic technique can convey this chaotic, surreal, crazy overlap of plans. Ukrainian collage speaks to the world in a language of images that is understandable without translation. The task of the exhibition project is to show it as a form of contemporary art in a variety of techniques: traditional analogue collage, digital collage, bricolage, assemblage, pictorial collage, and others.
