Words by Guava “The EP for ELSI is something that I wanted to do for a long time ever since I met Luca at one of his parties at Zur Klappe in Berlin. We talked about doing a record together and this was one of the most positive A&R processes I ever had. He would come around to my flat, have some food and wine and then sit and go through some of my demos picking the ones that would work best together. Through that process we created this EP which reflects our spontaneous collaborative journey”

Jay Green - Selected DJ Tools (ELSI02) 🇮🇹

Just in time for sunny days and festival season, we are very excited to announce the new release on ELSI from the DJ and producer Jay Green, alias of the Ibiza-adopted Luca Averna.

‘Selected DJ Tools’ is a meticulously curated collection of 5 tracks recorded live a decade ago in the vibrant setting of San Josep de Sa Talaia and produced solely using analog gears like the iconic MPC 1000, Roland TR-909, Roland TR-727, Korg M1, DX7, Acid Bassline 2 and Eventide effects. The final EP embodies the raw energy of live electronic music and meets the diverse needs of DJs.

We teamed up with Open Music Lab and Æden to offer a new workshop for people new to DJing. The workshop will include Q&A on a variety of topics and a final B2B session on Æden sound system 💥

This time, hosts of the workshop - happening on Saturday 11th (from 6PM) - are the Elsi founder & resident .lvca and co-curator 🫂
