Reflections on Glass is a collective happening made out of several different performances, all connected by the same stage concept and by the same theatrical script. The script is Glass, an english dialogue between three identities committed to understanding the reason for their meeting; a play which proceeds with irregular steps, between irony, self-deception and revelation. Reflections on Glass

is the reflection of the main collective event of our times, where we all define very particular digital profiles using a standardized communication code within a standardized expressive space.

A camera obscura is a dimension where artwork can be translated into a kind of image that resembles to original mental image which generates artwork even more than artwork itself. A mental image and a photo are two artwork’s ghosts , just one step before and one step after it.

Die Höhle festival will come back on June the 13th and 14th 2025 for the second edition. Again in Expedition Metropolis Theater a large inhabitable camera obscura will be installed, and visitors will enjoy art contents while also being involved in an immersive and archeological experience of photography. In this 2025 edition, Simulacra, an artwork and a selection of three performances with an individual theme will be presented in the camera obscura, projecting a spontaneous and unspecific reflection of the role of photography for art’s enjoyment.
