Secrets are meant 2B shared.
Our last challenge for World Class was a secret challenge by Vodka.
We needed to create a sustainable twist for a martini, using ONLY ingredients, tools and spices from the market.
Nothing else is allowed, not even glasses. We needed to buy everything in 10 minutes, then creating a perfect serve in 20 minutes.
For me, it was the most fun challenge I ever faced, making things from scratch, when time is agains you, the stress and the strive for perfection was felt in the air.

In a shaker -
Muddle beetroot and Cardamom
60ml Ketel one vodka
10ml white vermouth
5ml Agave
7.5ml Verjus
Garnished with carrot leaf.
