We welcome Aysel Alver (Turkey), artist in residence at Takt A.I.R. Berlin!
She lives and works in Mardin, creates works in the field of sculpture, particularly using paper as a material.
Aysel completed her art education with a thesis on “Playfulness and Fiction in Art” within a proficiency in arts program.
During her time in Berlin, she will look beyond the city’s touristic visibility for her project.
Based on observations gathered there, she will create a sculptural work arrangement and character design under the theme of urban legends.
