The three-day conference is dedicated to immersive entertainment in all its forms - including exhibitions, escape rooms, pop-up attractions and theatre experiences.

SC Exhibitions Showbiz Culture is happy to support the Informal Learning Experiences Traveling Exhibitions Forum at ASTC 2017 in San Jose.

The ILE Traveling Exhibitions Forum at ASTC 2017will be held on Friday, October 20 from 5:00-7:00PM at the San Jose Marriott, located at 301 South Market Street, San Jose, CA 95113. This is the ASTC conference headquarters hotel.

The presentations will begin promptly at 5:30 PM so speakers and attendees are encouraged to arrive early to grab a snack, drink, and seat and network with colleagues. This will be a late afternoon event in lieu of the breakfast meeting; we will follow the same format of short 2-minute presentations. Lite snacks will be served, and there will be a cash bar.
