20 YEARS OF DEATH FEAST OPEN AIR!

The most brutal Festival in Europe is back for our 20th edition and we’ve got some huge news for all of you.

NEW VENUE:
After many years at JUZ Andernach, we are coming back home to NRW. Welcome to our new Venue Blaue Lagune in Wachtendonk. Blaue Lagune is our new location with brand new possibilities. Beach access, stand-up paddling, waterskiing, a lot of Bars and much more. The entry to the lake and the beach are already included in our ticket price. This makes the Death Feast Open Air to your place where you can spend your Death Metal Holidays.

NEW DATE:
Save the date 25th – 28th August 2027. We decided to do the Festival one day longer than usually. Wednesday is our warm-up and camp setup day. Pitch your tent and get settled in before the first bands hit the stage on Thursday

DEATHFEAST OPEN AIR 2026 IS OVER!

Thank you all so much for coming to our family meeting and making it another legendary Deathfeast Edition. Without all of you we would not be able to make a brutal underground festival of this size. We really appreciate everyone of you and are happy for this immense support. This is the second time the Deathfeast was sold out. Thank you for your trust.

We started the build up with a massive tornado which demolished half of our equipment and fencing but we still managed to get everything repaired in time. Thanks a lot to the technicians, to the helping hands and to the sound crew for making the impossible possible. Thanks also to the securities who did an amazing job and the bar/food staff for working nonstop.

A big thank you goes out to every single band this year. No bad mood, no drama, just a big family meeting in the backstage and everybody was friendly and spreaded positive vibes. Lovely!

Thanks also to all the media partners and photographers for keeping the memories alive with their work and special thanks to our own crew for working like a clockwork without any hiccups.

At the end as always: tell us your opinion as we wanna improve every year.

Next year will be 20 years of Deathfeast Open Air, you can be sure that we got a BANGER announcement coming next week. But for now, save the date: 25th - 28th August 2027!

WE HAD TO MAKE A RUNNING ORDER CHANGE!

Larry Wang did not get his passport in time and is still travelling to germany. The mighty Cutterred Flesh should play on saturday but they took holidays and started driving to Andernach today. They will fill in for Fatuous Rump 笨屁肥臀, so that Fatuous can play on Saturday. We hope that Larry arrives in time.

Oh boy oh boy. This build up of the festival did not work out like planned. A massive Storm hit us right when we where done with everything.

We try to fix everything until tomorrow so we all can party together. The good thing is, nobody got hurt, just a lot of stuff is broken including Windows of vans.

But, the show must go on. See you all tomorrow. The weather forecast looks good at least.
