Work in progress —

Piece by piece, everything is coming together. I’m really happy creating my space and seeing it all take shape. There’s still a lot to do, but maybe you can already get an idea of where it’s heading. I can’t wait to show you the new space and spend time with you here: New dates for workshops and open wheel evenings will be available on my website on Wednesday, 25th of February 2026, at noon ☀️

Slow but steady, I’m getting closer every day to finally moving in. There were a few setbacks, so it took a bit longer but I hope your petition stays open until the end of february? I think it is going to be very nice ✨

Hey there =] just a little greeting out of the silence from me & ZAAND: The reopening of my new atelier is taking a bit longer – I’m now planning to restart around mid to end of January 2026 🤞 Then, during the calm winter months, we can finally get our hands back into clay — I am very looking forward to welcome you !
I know some of you were already looking forward to autumn, but I really want to take the time to prepare the new space in the Frankenberger Viertel properly and start things off calmly. Thank you so much for your patience and support. As soon as I have more news or a few impressions to share, I’ll keep you posted. Take care + have a good time until we see each other soooon 🫶

5 years of ZAAND —
what a journey, even though ZAAND is still on a break. I’m deeply thankful for these five years and excited for everything that’s yet to come. Thank you for being part of this and for making ZAAND what it is today. Even though everything is totally packed up right now, it remains a huge part of my life — as soon as I get news about the new space, I’ll keep you updated. Here’s to the next chapter, take care and hope to see you soon !

Time flew by — I didn’t even get the chance to take a picture of these beautiful flowers while they were in full bloom at .aachen. They were a gift from and for my last open workshop in this space — one of many heartfelt and supportive gestures. Thank you all for your kindness, understanding, and helping hands.

Since receiving the termination notice for our space, a lot has happened and many decisions had to be made. That’s why it has been quiet here on social media. I couldn’t have wrapped things up so well without and — working together until the end of March was the best way to close this chapter. Thank you both!

I know many of you will miss working with clay, the community that gathered here weekly, and the workshops. I deeply appreciate the wonderful community that has grown in this space and hope to welcome you all to my new atelier at the end of the year. I will miss you! Hope to see you soon 🌷

WOLKEN —
Ein Übergang in Bewegung

Clouds drift, change their shapes, dissolve, and form anew. They are a symbol of transformation – and thus, of the shift in our studio: letting go, moving forward, and embracing new beginnings.

Just like clouds, our ideas will also continue to move, transform, and remain in a different constellation. is heading north to Bremen, while and embark on new paths and opportunities.

With the exhibition “Wolken”, we invite you to celebrate the past two years with us, exchange ideas and plans for the future, and enjoy some time in our .aachen. Unfortunately, we will have to leave our space by the end of March 2025 – a farewell that may not be entirely voluntary, but one that holds exciting new possibilities.
