Titanium, chips and six axes working together.

This part is being machined on our 6-axis TRIMILL VU 3021 in our toolshop in Vsetín.

The machine is equipped with a rotary table and a T30C CSC 2-axis fork-type milling head. This combination allows us to machine the complete part from five sides in one clamping - from roughing to final finishing.

Fewer setups mean less handling, fewer chances for error and better control over the final accuracy.

The VU 3021 offers a large working area while keeping a surprisingly compact footprint. The machine is also available with modular X-axis lengths and can be configured for milling or as a mill-turn solution.

Now enjoy the titanium, the chips and the movement of all six axes.

Final testing before handover.

This video was filmed during the last fine-tuning of our TRIMILL VU 3525 at @ .

Before the machine enters daily production, everything has to work properly. Machine geometry, probes, tool magazine, chip conveyors, filtration system, test machining, operator training and maintenance training — every detail is checked.

Only when everything works together is the machine ready for handover.

The VU 3525 is now in production at Bohemia Rings, and we are very happy to see it doing the job it was built for.

A new TRIMILL is ready for action at RINGS.

The installation of the TRIMILL VU 3525 in Zámrsk has been successfully completed.

Our assembly team has handed the machine over to the application engineers, who are now fine-tuning the final details before production starts.

This powerful 6-axis portal milling machine is equipped with:

• Rotary table
• T15 fork-type milling head
• 50 kW, 96 Nm, 15,000 rpm
• HSK-A100
• Rack-type automatic tool changer for 90 tools

Power, precision and flexibility combined in one impressive machine.

And yes — it looks fantastic in its new home.

One machine. More axes. More possibilities.

Adding an auxiliary rotary table to the TRIMILL VFC 3021 transforms the 5-axis portal milling machine into a fully capable 6-axis machining solution.

And installation is straightforward: the machine is anchored directly to the shop floor, with no special foundation required.

The VFC series is available with:

• Y-axis travel of 2,100 mm
• X-axis travel of 3,000, 5,000, 7,000 or 9,000 mm

At the heart of the machine is a U-shaped monoblock made from UHPC – Ultra-High Performance Concrete. This rigid structure provides excellent vibration damping, while the thermal stabilization system helps maintain consistent accuracy throughout the machining process.

The precise T30C milling head combines power and accuracy, making it equally suitable for heavy roughing and highly precise finishing.

A flexible machine concept designed for demanding applications, large components and complete machining in a single setup.

**Back in India with a proven machine concept.**

More than ten years ago, we installed a TRIMILL VU 3014 with a rotary table and T30C milling head at this customer’s production site.

The machine has been running reliably ever since. Now, the customer has chosen an identical one again.

The advantages are clear: the same spare parts, HEIDENHAIN control, spindle and machine concept — and a team that already knows the machine perfectly.

The installation was completed in challenging conditions, with temperatures in the production hall reaching around 40 °C.

Our technicians did an excellent job.
