Fotograf Zone is searching for works that loosely relate to the festival theme: We are interested in projects that explore relationships between humans, animals, environments, or technologies.

The four selected projects will be exhibited in the Můstek metro entrance hall. The festival will cover all costs for production, printing, and installation of the exhibition and photodocumentation.

Submission Deadline: August 16, 2026 
Early bird: July 15, 2026

Fotograf Zone is searching for works that loosely relate to the festival theme: We are interested in projects that explore relationships between humans, animals, environments, or technologies.

This June, Fotograf Gallery presents a new exhibition by titled Babetta 207.

The project follows the restoration of a legendary Czechoslovak moped, unfolding as a story of friendship, shared labour, and a community formed through repairing and building together.

The exhibition combines photographs of the renovation process with the atmosphere of the workshop, conversations, and the subculture surrounding Babetta mopeds.

In his work, Eda Babák naturally moves between documentary and staged photography, combining both into a distinctive visual language. He currently studies at Photography Studio 2 at UMPRUM and received the Award 2026 in the Discovery of the Year category.

Marie Tomanová patří mezi nejvýraznější autorky Fotograf Contemporary.

Žije a pracuje v New Yorku a její tvorba dnes rezonuje daleko za hranicemi české fotografické scény.

Při pozorném pohledu na její portréty zjistíte, že vás jejich protagonisté pozorují zpět — právě v tom spočívá síla sérií Young American, New York New York a 5 East Broadway.

Její fotografie zobrazují Ameriku, ve které je individualita vnímána jako hodnota a přirozená součást společenské rozmanitosti.

We are pleased to present third of the four nominated artists for this year’s platform: Jakub Tulinger

Jakub is a graduate of the master’s programme at the FAMU and has long been working with the concept of witnessing and its crossover into materiality.

He is interested in the relationship between man and material, architecture and landscape, and how or by what means these silent witnesses can speak to us. Using the tools of computer graphics and animation, he lends materials a voice and, through the stories they tell, attempts to look at the issues of today.
